What this policy covers

This policy explains how Stonecraft Edinburg Concrete and Masonry handles the information you share when you visit our website, fill out our contact form or call us. It applies to every page on the site, starting with our home page.

We're a masonry contractor in Edinburg, TX, and we only collect what we need to answer you, give you an estimate and do the work. If you'd like to know more about who we are, our About page covers that.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

What you tell us. When you use our contact form, we ask for your name, phone number, email and the address of the job, plus whatever you choose to tell us about the project. When you call (956) 450-7417, we see your phone number and keep notes on what you need.

What your browser sends. Like most websites, ours records basic visit details, such as which pages you viewed, the type of device and browser you used, a rough location based on your internet address and how you found the site. We use this to see which pages are useful, not to identify you.

Cookies. These are small files your browser saves so the site works properly and so we can count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work, though a few features may not.

How we use your information

We use what you share to reply to you, set up your free on-site estimate, schedule and do the job, send invoices and follow up afterward.

We use visit data to fix pages that confuse people, keep the site secure and understand which services homeowners are looking for.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't hand it to anyone so they can market to you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their part. Our contact form runs on an outside form service, so what you type passes through their system before it reaches us. Our website host and analytics tools also handle visit data for us.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or if the business is ever sold, in which case the new owner would take on the same duty to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages and job records as long as we need them to answer you, finish the work and stand behind it, and as long as tax and business record rules require.

Visit data is kept mostly as totals and trends. Once we no longer need something, we delete it or remove the details that point to you.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and we limit who on our team can see it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, though, so please don't send bank or card numbers through the contact form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for tax or legal reasons. You can also tell us to stop calling, texting or emailing you about anything other than an active job.

Depending on the state you live in, the law may give you more rights over your information. We'll honor them, and we may ask you to confirm who you are first so we don't hand your details to someone else.

Children and other websites

Our site is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, let us know and we'll delete it.

Some pages may link to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, so check theirs before you share anything.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll post the updated policy on this page. Using the site after a change means the new version applies.

We respond within 1 business day, and we'll tell you what we found and what we did about it.
